Every product is fulfilled as it's ordered, so unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges. Check out our sizing guide to avoid any incorrect sizing issues.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Double check your address (apt # and zip code especially) to avoid your package being undeliverable. Any unclaimed or undeliverable packages can be re-shipped to the correct address however, you will be liable for re-shipment costs.
